The result is not produced by your browser. The chain generates a VRF-proved random value, reduces it modulo 16,807 and reads it in base 7 — those five digits are the five stones, lowest first, and they are written straight into the settle event. Repeat those six divisions and you get exactly the same board. The paytable lives on the contract and returns exactly 15974/16,807 — 95.04% — leaving the house 4.96%.
