On-chain Tai Xiu — 3 dice, total ≥11 = TAI, ≤10 = XIU, with no special rule for three of a kind. Betting is open for a short window each round — the countdown on the table is the round's real clock — then a provably-fair VRF (Chainlink on EVM, Switchboard on Solana) rolls the dice. The TAI and XIU sides are matched against each other: the winning side is paid ×1.98 on its MATCHED stake, and any unmatched excess is refunded at settlement.
