Privacy Policy

Last updated:

1. Overview — a Privacy-Minimal Service

DODEN.IO is a non-custodial interface to on-chain games. It is designed to work without user accounts, so the amount of personal data we handle is minimal by construction: there is nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to, and no personal profile stored on our side.

This policy explains what little we do process, what we deliberately do not collect, and the choices you have.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not operate user accounts and we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, government identifiers, or payment-card details. We do not perform KYC and therefore hold no KYC documents.

We never receive or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. Signing happens entirely inside your own wallet application.

Your wallet address is public blockchain data: it exists on-chain independently of DODEN.IO, and anyone can see its transactions with a block explorer. Connecting it to our interface does not create a private account with us.

3. What We Process

To render the interface, we process your public wallet address and the on-chain bets associated with it — the same publicly visible data a block explorer shows — in order to display your balance, bet history, and game results.

Like virtually all web services, our backend systems handle ephemeral connection data — IP address, user-agent, and request timing — to serve responses, keep WebSocket sessions alive, and protect against abuse (for example bot filtering). This connection data is transient operational data; we do not use it to build profiles of players.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage for interface preferences only: your language, your last bet amount, turbo-mode and similar display settings. These values stay in your browser so the interface remembers how you like to play.

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not embed third-party ad trackers. Clearing your browser storage resets your preferences and nothing else — there is no account to affect.

5. Third Parties

The Service interacts with third parties that are necessary to reach public blockchains: RPC node providers (which receive the wallet addresses and transactions being queried) and your own wallet application (which handles keys and signing under its own privacy policy).

Each of these parties processes data under its own terms. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of your wallet provider in particular, since it — not DODEN.IO — handles your keys and signing activity.

6. Analytics

We do not run third-party behavioural analytics or advertising pixels. Operational metrics we rely on (request counts, error rates, infrastructure health) are aggregate and are used to keep the Service fast and reliable, not to profile individuals.

7. Data Retention

On-chain data — bets, results, payouts — is recorded on public blockchains permanently and is outside anyone's ability to delete, including ours.

Ephemeral connection logs held by our infrastructure are short-lived and rotate automatically. Interface preferences live only in your own browser and can be cleared by you at any time.

8. Your Rights

Because we hold no account data about you, most data-subject requests have a simple answer: there is no server-side profile to access, correct, or delete. Preferences are under your direct control in your browser, and on-chain history is public and immutable by the nature of blockchains.

If you believe we hold personal data about you beyond what this policy describes, or have any privacy question, contact us and we will respond.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced through the interface.
