Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DODEN.IO, its games, and its related interfaces (together, the "Service"). By connecting a wallet or interacting with the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that gambling-style games of chance are lawful for you in the place from which you access the Service.
2. Service Description — Non-Custodial by Design
DODEN.IO is an interface to open, on-chain smart contracts and programs. All wagers, escrows, and payouts are executed by smart contracts on public blockchains. The Service is strictly non-custodial: you keep control of your own wallet at all times, and every transaction that moves your funds is cryptographically signed by you, in your own wallet application.
The DODEN.IO operators never hold, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or account credentials. We cannot move your funds, freeze your wallet, or recover keys you lose. Anyone who asks you for your private key or seed phrase — including anyone claiming to represent DODEN.IO — is attempting to defraud you.
Because the Service is an interface to autonomous smart contracts, game outcomes and fund movements are determined by the deployed contract code, not by any manual back-office process.
3. Provably Fair Randomness
Game results are produced by verifiable randomness (for example, Chainlink VRF on EVM networks and on-chain verifiable randomness services on Solana). The randomness inputs, the resulting outcome, and the payout of every round are recorded on the public blockchain.
This means every result can be independently verified by anyone, at any time, without trusting the DODEN.IO operators. The interface exposes the underlying transactions so you can audit your own bet history directly against the chain.
4. Wagers Are Final
A wager is final once the transaction that places it is confirmed on-chain. Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by the DODEN.IO operators, because the operators have no ability to reverse blockchain transactions.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the details of each transaction — game, stake, token, and network — in your wallet before signing it.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service where games of chance, wagering, or the use of the relevant blockchain networks is unlawful for you. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your use of the Service in your jurisdiction, and you must not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
You may not use the Service if you are subject to economic sanctions, or listed on any applicable sanctions or restricted-parties list, or acting on behalf of any person or entity that is.
You may not attack, exploit, or interfere with the Service or its smart contracts, including (without limitation) attempting to exploit contract vulnerabilities, manipulating randomness, using bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage, or disrupting the infrastructure that serves the interface. On-chain activity is permanently recorded and attributable to your wallet address.
6. Testnet / Pre-Mainnet Notice
The Service is currently deployed on test networks (such as Solana devnet and EVM testnets) and uses test tokens and mock assets that have no monetary value. Nothing wagered or won on the current deployment represents real funds.
The test deployment exists to validate the platform's contracts, fairness mechanisms, and infrastructure before a mainnet launch. Features, game parameters, and contract addresses may change at any time during this phase, and test-network state may be reset without notice.
A mainnet version of these Terms will take effect at mainnet launch. Continued use of the Service after that launch constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
7. No Warranty and Risk Disclosure
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Interacting with smart contracts and public blockchains involves significant risk, including (without limitation) smart-contract bugs, blockchain network congestion or failure, wallet software vulnerabilities, and the loss of private keys. You accept these risks entirely. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the DODEN.IO operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party wallets, RPC providers, or your own errors.
Games of chance carry an inherent house edge that is published per game. Over time, players should expect to lose the house-edge percentage of their total wagers. Never wager funds you cannot afford to lose.
8. Intellectual Property
The DODEN.IO name, logo, interface design, artwork, and text are the property of the DODEN.IO operators. You may not copy, imitate, or use them to create a confusingly similar service.
Smart-contract and program code that has been published for verification purposes may be inspected freely; publication for verification does not grant a licence to redeploy the Service's branding or interface.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced through the interface. Your continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
